Cocktail: Cherry Bulldog

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2.5 oz Bulldog Gin
  • .5 oz Ruby port
  • 4 Pitted Bing cherries
  • 1 Piece star anise
  • 2 Lime wedges
  • 1 Bar spoon demerara sugar

Garnish: Cherries

Glass: Martini

PREPARATION:

In a shaker, muddle all the non-alcoholic ingredients. Then add ice, gin and port. Shake well and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cherries.
