COCKTAIL RECIPE
Cherry Bulldog

INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 oz Bulldog Gin
- .5 oz Ruby port
- 4 Pitted Bing cherries
- 1 Piece star anise
- 2 Lime wedges
- 1 Bar spoon demerara sugar
Garnish: Cherries
Glass: Martini
PREPARATION:
In a shaker, muddle all the non-alcoholic ingredients. Then add ice, gin and port. Shake well and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cherries.
