INGREDIENTS:

• 2 Raspberries
• .25 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
• 2 oz Beefeater Gin
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz Club soda

Garnish: Lemon wheel, mint sprig and raspberries

Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

In a highball glass, muddle the raspberries with simple syrup.  Add the gin and lemon juice, and stir. Fill with ice and top with the club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel, a mint sprig and two raspberries.
