- This mezcal is a truly small-batch spirit, which is made from organic espadin agave and distilled in the mountain village of San Luis Del Rio at an elevation of 8,000 feet.
- The spirit is complex and smoky enough to be sipped, but light and citrusy enough to be mixed in cocktails
- Sombra is Spanish for the word “shadow.”


Just made a fine Negroni variant with this. 1 part each Campari & Antica formula vermouth + 2 parts mezcal, stirred & strained & garnished with an orange twist.
