FAST FACTS:

  • Auchentoshan means “corner of the field” in Gaelic.
  • Auchentoshan and Hazelburn are the only triple-distilled Scotch whiskies. The other single malts are distilled twice.
  • The distillery may be in Glasgow but the brand’s water source is the Cochno Loch in the nearby Kilpatrick Hills.

  1. Hi,

    Just a correction: Auchentoshan is not the only triple-distilled Scotch whisky. The Springbank distillery in Campbeltown release another triple-distilled Scotch called Hazelburn.
