Zacapa Perfect Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Rum
  • .75 oz  Dry vermouth
  • .75 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • .25 oz Honey syrup (one part honey, one part water)

Garnish: Orange twist

Glass: Rocks

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
