
Ingredients
- 4 ozBoiling water
- 1 ozZacapa 23 Rum
- .5 ozClover honey
- 1 ozFresh lemon juice
Garnish: Lemon wedge
Glass: Footed Irish coffee mug
Preparation
Pour the water into a footed Irish coffee mug. Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well, pour into the mug and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
