Ingredients in the VeeV Holiday Highball Cocktail
- 2 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
- .25 oz Green Chartreuse
- 3 oz Sparkling apple or pear cider
- 2 Mint sprigs
- .75 oz Simple syrup
Garnish: Apple chip
Glass: Highball
How to make the VeeV Holiday Highball Cocktail
Muddle the mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a shaker. Add VeeV Açaí Spirit, Green Chartreuse and ice. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass and top with sparkling cider. Garnish with an apple chip.
