Ingredients

  •  1.33 oz  Talisker 10-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  •  .33 oz  White crème de menthe (the cheaper the better)
  •  .33 oz  Oloroso sherry
  •  2 dashes  Chocolate bitters (Scrappy’s, The Bitter Truth or Fee Brothers)

Garnish: Lemon peel

Glass: Coupette

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled coupette glass. Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink to extract the oils and discard.
