Ingredients in the Beefeater Tom Collins Cocktail
- 2 oz Beefeater Gin
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- Club soda
Garnish: Lemon slices
Glass: Collins
How to make the Beefeater Tom Collins Cocktail
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a Collins glass and stir. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with 2 lemon slices.
It may be sacrilege to some, but this was made for me with a dash of Campari – it was wonderfully refreshing on a hot Caribbean day, and the tang of the Campari went well with my meal.
