
Ingredients
- Raisins
- 1.25 oz Bols Genever
- 1.25 oz Pedro Ximenez sherry[/name]
- .25 oz Orange Curaçao[/name]
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Garnish: Four speared raisins
Glass: Martini
Preparation
Add enough raisins to cover the bottom of a shaker and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and double-strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with four speared raisins.
