- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 2 oz 1738 Accord Royal Rémy Martin Cognac
- 1.5 oz Sancerre or sauvignon blanc wine
- 2 oz Club soda
Garnish: Green grapes
Glass: Tall
How to make the The Royal Crest Cocktail
In a shaker, muddle the grapes and simple syrup. Add the cognac and wine, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the club soda and garnish with additional grapes.
