
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Rum
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Fresh orange juice
- 1 oz Fresh pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon Grade-A maple syrup
Garnish: Pineapple leaf
Glass: Martini
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a piece of pineapple leaf.
