- St. George Absinthe Verte
- 1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
- .5 oz Fino sherry
- .5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Orange bitters
- 1 tsp Farigoule Thyme Liqueur
Garnish: Lemon peel
Glass: Coupe
How to make the The Pale Rider Cocktail
Rinse a small coupe glass with absinthe and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
