Ingredients
- 1 oz Pernod Absinthe
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 4 to 6 oz Water
Garnish: Thin cucumber slices
Glass: Collins
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir, and garnish with cucumber slices. (This recipe can be multiplied to fill a large punch bowl.)
