This classic hot cocktail goes tropical with a slug of spiced rum.
Ingredients in the Teatime Toddy Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Spiced rum
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz Simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
- 1.5 oz Hot brewed red tea
- 1 dash Orange bitters
Garnish: Nutmeg
Glass: Mug
How to make the Teatime Toddy Cocktail
Add the rum, lemon juice and syrup to a small mug. Add the hot tea and bitters. Stir, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
