Ingredients
- .25 cup Chopped cucumber
- 2 Mint sprigs
- .25 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 2 oz Averna Amaro
- .5 oz Death’s Door Gin
- .25 oz Fresh lime juice
- Club soda
Garnish: Mint sprig and cucumber wheel
Glass: Tall
Preparation
In a shaker, muddle the mint, cucumber and simple syrup. Add the Averna, gin and lime juice, and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber wheel.
