Ingredients in the Speedwell Cooler Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
- .5 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Watermelon juice
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- .75 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 2 dashes Absinthe
- 1 pinch Salt
Garnish: Cucumber peel
Glass: Collins
How to make the Speedwell Cooler Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a strip of cucumber peel.
