About the Spazerac Cocktail
Try this unusual frozen spin on the classic Sazerac.
Ingredients in the Spazerac Cocktail
- 2.5 oz Rye whiskey
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 1 tsp Absinthe
- .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Garnish: Lemon twist
Glass: Old Fashioned
How to make the Spazerac Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a blender with just under 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth and pour into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
