Sparkling Ginger Daisy

Ingredients

  • Sugar (optional)
  • 1 Maraschino cherry (optional)
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Ginger liqueur
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
  • Mionetto Prosecco Brut

Glass: Champagne flute

Preparation

If desired, coat the rim of a Champagne flute with the sugar and place the cherry in it. Add all the other ingredients except the prosecco to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain into the prepared flute. Top with the prosecco.
