
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Banks 5-Island Rum
- 1 oz Apple cider
- .5 oz Gonzalez Byass Solera 1847 Oloroso Dulce Sherry
- .25 oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy
- 1 tsp St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Garnish: Apple fan
Glass: Coupe
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an apple fan.
