
Ingredients
- Half a Macintosh apple, cubed
- 12 Blackcurrants
- 8 Black peppercorns
- 1 Lime wedge
- 1 tsp Raw sugar
- 2.5 oz Bulldog Gin
Garnish: Apple slice
Glass: Rocks
Preparation
In a shaker, muddle the apple. Add the blackcurrants, peppercorns, lime and sugar, and muddle again. Add the gin and fill with ice. Shake well and double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an apple slice.
