Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 3 oz Patrón Silver Tequila
- .5 oz Aperol
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 1 dash Orange bitters
Garnish: Strawberry and cilantro sprigs
Glass: Rocks
Preparation
In a shaker, muddle the cilantro, strawberries and lime juice. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an additional strawberry and a few cilantro sprigs.
