Ingredients in the Rhode Island Red Cocktail
- 2 oz Blanco tequila (Partida or 4 Copas)
- .5 oz Chambord
- .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Agave nectar
- 1 dash Orange bitters
- Ginger beer
Garnish: Lemon and lime zest
Glass: Collins
How to make the Rhode Island Red Cocktail
Add all the ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker and fill with crushed ice. Shake, and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of ginger beer and garnish with lemon and lime zest.
