Ingredients
- 1 Blackberry
- 2 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
- 1 oz Demerara syrup (one part Demerara sugar, one part water)
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- .5 oz Pom Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 1 tsp Maraschino liqueur
Garnish: Lime wheel
Glass: Martini
Preparation
In a shaker, muddle the blackberry. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
