
Ingredients
- 2 Cucumber slices (.25-inch thick), quartered
- .75 oz Fresh lime juice
- .5 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- .33 oz Fernet Branca
- 1 oz Cava sparkling wine
Garnish: Cucumber slice
Glass: Coupe
Preparation
In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber, lime and maraschino liqueur. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Rock the mixing glass back and forth 18 times and fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Float a paper-thin cucumber slice on top.
