About the Plymouth Duff Cocktail
This drink proves that gin and beer play well together.
Ingredients in the Plymouth Duff Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
- 1 oz Sweet dessert wine (such as Sauternes)
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz English-style pale ale
Garnish: Long strip of lemon peel and cinnamon stick
Glass: Collins
How to make the Plymouth Duff Cocktail
Add all the ingredients except the pale ale to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the pale ale and garnish with a long strip of lemon peel and a cinnamon stick.
