Ingredients in the Pineapple Vanilla Mojito Cocktail
- 2 oz Club soda
- 1 Organic pineapple wedge
- 4 Organic mint leaves
- .5 oz Organic agave nectar
- 1 oz Papagayo Organic White Rum
- .25 oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur
Garnish: Pineapple wedge and mint leaf
Glass: Tumbler
How to make the Pineapple Vanilla Mojito Cocktail
Muddle the pineapple, mint and agave nectar in a tumbler, being careful not to pulverize the mint. Add the rum, Navan and a handful of ice. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint leaf.
