- Lagavulin 16-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
- 1 oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth
- .5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 3 dashes Regans’ Orange Bitters No. 6

How to make the Perfect Pearl Manhattan Cocktail
Rinse a cocktail glass with the Scotch and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into the prepared glass.
