This concoction will give your fall a fruity and spirited boost.
Ingredients in the Pear & Cranberry Fizz Cocktail
- .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 10 Fresh cranberries
- 1.5 oz Karlsson’s Gold Vodka
- 1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear Liqueur
- .75 oz Cranberry juice
- 1 dash Fee Brothers Cranberry Bitters
- Club soda
Garnish: Pear slices and cranberries
Glass: Highball
How to make the Pear & Cranberry Fizz Cocktail
In a shaker, muddle the lemon juice and cranberries. Add the remaining ingredients except the club soda and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and pour (unstrained) into a highball glass. Add additional ice to fill the glass if needed and top with club soda. Garnish with pear slices and fresh cranberries.
