
Ingredients
- St. George Absinthe Verte
- 1.5 oz Banks 5-Island Rum
- .5 oz Lillet Blanc
- .5 oz Grapefruit juice
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade
Garnish: Grapefruit twist Grapefruit twist
Glass: Coupe
Preparation
Rinse a chilled coupe glass with absinthe. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
