
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz El Jimador Tequila
- 1 oz Pistachio orgeat
- .75 oz Lime juice
- 3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
Garnish: Orange peel
Glass: Highball
Preparation
Add the tequila, orgeat and lime juice to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the bitters. Twist a piece of orange peel over the glass, rub it around the rim and drop it into the drink.
