Swap the vermouth in a Martini for sherry and you’ll get this simple but delicious drink.
Ingredients in the Oceanus Cocktail Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
- 1.5 oz La Gitana Manzanilla Sherry
- 3 drops The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Garnish: Lemon twist and olive or other pickled vegetable
Glass: Cocktail or rocks
How to make the Oceanus Cocktail Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a cocktail or rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and an olive or other pickled vegetable.
