
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Brugal Añejo Rum
- 2 oz Blood orange puree
- .5 oz Agave nectar
- 1.5 oz Champagne
Garnish: Orange twist
Glass: Coupe
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a coupe glass. Top with the Champagne and garnish with an orange twist.




how do you make blood orange puree?
To make blood orange puree, just peel a blood orange and puree the fruit in a blender or food processor until smooth. One orange should yield roughly enough puree for two of these drinks.
