Ingredients in the Nueva Playa del Sur Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Brugal Añejo Rum
- 2 oz Blood orange puree
- .5 oz Agave nectar
- 1.5 oz Champagne
Garnish: Orange twist
Glass: Coupe or cocktail
How to make the Nueva Playa del Sur Cocktail
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Top with the Champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
