Ingredients

  • 1 oz Applejack
  • .5 oz Fresh apple cider
  • .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • .25 oz Apricot liqueur (Rothman & Winter)
  • Cava or sparkling white wine

Glass: Cocktail or coupe

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a small cocktail glass or coupe. Top with cava or sparkling white wine.
