- 1 oz Applejack
- .5 oz Fresh apple cider
- .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .25 oz Apricot liqueur (Rothman & Winter)
- Cava or sparkling white wine
Glass: Cocktail or coupe
How to make the Northern Spy Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a small cocktail glass or coupe. Top with cava or sparkling white wine.
