
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
- .75 oz St-Germain
- .5 oz Aperol
- .5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Champagne
Garnish: Lime twist
Glass: Coupe or Martini
Preparation
Add all the ingredients, except the Champagne, to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe or Martini glass. Float the Champagne on top and garnish with a lime twist.
