- 1 oz No. 3 London Dry Gin
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- .5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Champagne
Garnish: Brandied cherry
Glass: Champagne flute
How to make the No. 3 French 75 Cocktail
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Champagne flute. Fill with Champagne and garnish with a brandied cherry.
