
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bulldog Gin
- 4 Clementine segments
- .25 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 2 dashes Blood orange bitters
- Prosecco or dry Champagne
Garnish: Clementine or orange wedge
Glass: Champagne flute
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except the prosecco or Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with prosecco or Champagne and garnish with a clementine or orange wedge.
