About the Moroccopolitan Cocktail

A few drops of spicy bitters heat up this sweet pomegranate cocktail.

Ingredients in the Moroccopolitan Cocktail

  • 4 drops The Bitter End Moroccan Bitters
  • 2 oz Pomegranate-Infused Vodka*
  • .75 oz Honey syrup (one part honey, one part water)
  • .5 oz Lemon juice

Garnish: Lemon twist

Glass: Cocktail

How to make the Moroccopolitan Cocktail

Add the bitters to a chilled cocktail glass and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

*Pomegranate-Infused Vodka 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (750-mL) bottle Vodka
  • Arils from 1 ripe pomegranate

PREPARATION:

Add both ingredients to a 1-quart Mason jar, seal and let stand for 1 week. Strain out the pomegranate arils and rebottle.
