Preparation

If desired, coat the rim of a rocks glass with salt. Fill with ice and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and/or a fresh rosemary sprig.
