Ingredients in the Montford Spritz Cocktail
- 1 oz Beefeater 24 Gin
- .5 oz Cynar
- .5 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne
Garnish: Grapefruit twist
Glass: Wine
How to make the Montford Spritz Cocktail
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a wine glass and fill with ice. Stir until cold. Top with Champagne and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
