
Ingredients
- 1 oz Beefeater 24 Gin
- .5 oz Cynar
- .5 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz Aperol
- Dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne
Garnish: Grapefruit twist
Glass: Wine
Preparation
Add all the ingredients (except for Champagne) to a wine glass and fill with ice. Stir until cold. Top with Champagne and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
