Ingredients
- 1 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 3 Cucumber slices
- 4 Mint leaves
- 1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
Garnish: Mint sprig
Glass: Highball
Preparation
In a shaker, muddle the simple syrup, cucumber and mint. Add the vodka and lime juice, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
