- 1.5 oz Michael Collins Blended Irish Whiskey
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1.25 oz Sauvignon Blanc Wine
- 1.5 oz Fresh apple juice
- .25 oz Passion fruit syrup
- .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
Garnish: Thin apple slice
Glass: Cocktail or stemless wine
How to make the Michael Collins Honeysuckle Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail or stemless wine glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice.
