Ingredients
- 3 Lime wedges
- 1 Mint sprig
- 1.5 oz 42Below Honey Vodka
- Ginger beer or ginger ale
Garnish: Cucumber slice
Glass: Highball
Preparation
Squeeze the lime wedges into a highball glass and add the mint sprig. Muddle gently and fill with ice. Add the vodka and top with ginger beer or ginger ale. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
