Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Leblon Cachaça
- .75 oz Cherry Heering
- 1 oz Passion fruit puree (Napa Valley)
- 1.5 oz Fresh lime sour (3 parts fresh lime juice, 2 parts simple syrup)
- 8 to 10 Fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 drops Sriracha
Garnish: Cherries
Glass: Rocks
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with two cherries on a cocktail pick or skewer.
This cocktail was a Judges Choice Winner and was named Best in Show at the 2010 Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention.
