A French take on the classic Scottish Blood and Sand.
Ingredients in the Le Sang et Sable Cocktail
- 1 oz Dubonnet Rouge
- 3 oz H by Hine Cognac
- 1 oz Cherry Herring
- .75 oz Fresh blood orange juice
- .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
Garnish: Cocktail cherry and lemon twist
Glass: Stemmed cordial
How to make the Le Sang et Sable Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into 2 chilled stemmed cordial glasses. Garnish each with a cocktail cherry and a lemon twist.
