Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a coupe.
*Chamomile-Infused Rye Whiskey:
Add one heaping tablespoon of chamomile tea to 6 oz of Old Overholt Rye Whiskey. Let stand for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stiring occasionally. Strain through cheesecloth into a clean bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
