
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Plymouth)
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Grapefruit juice
- .75 oz St-Germain
- .25 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 oz Brut champagne (Perrier-Jouët)
Garnish: Edible pansy (optional)
Glass: Cocktail
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the Champagne and garnish with an edible pansy if desired.
