Ingredients

  • 1 oz Averna
  • 2 oz Rhum J.M VSOP
  • .75 oz Lime juice
  • .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
  • .25 oz Pimento Dram
  • 1.5 oz Fantinel Prosecco

Garnish: Lime wedge

Glass: Highball

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with a lime wedge.
