Ingredients in the Knob Creek Old Fashioned Cocktail
- 2 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
- .25 to .5 oz Rich simple syrup (two parts sugar, one part water)
- 1 dash Fee Brothers Old Fashion Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Peel
Glass: Rocks
How to make the Knob Creek Old Fashioned Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon peel.
This is a very minimal Old Fashioned. I’ve always taken mine with an orange, cherry, and cane sugar muddled, filled with ice, bitters added, and two ounces of bourbon stirred in.
