- 1.5 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
- 1 dash Fee Brothers Old Fashion Bitters
- Peel of a whole lemon, preferably in one piece
- 4 oz Spicy ginger beer
Glass: Highball
How to make the Knob Creek Horse's Neck (with a Kick) Cocktail
Add the bourbon, bitters and lemon peel to a highball glass and fill with ice. Top with the ginger beer and jiggle the glass lightly to combine.
